Once registered to provide safe, consistent homes where people are respected as individuals. Through person-centred planning, skilled staff and community connections, we would like to support residents to build confidence, skills and independence.
We will work closely with families, commissioners and clinicians to co-produce goals and measure outcomes that matter.

Our team once registered will be DBS-checked and trained in Safeguarding, PBS, MCA/DoLS, medication, first aid and trauma-informed practice. We will provide regular supervision and CPD.
